HIF Handball – A Community-Driven Sports Club

HIF Handball is a dedicated subgroup of Holmestrand Idrettsforening (HIF). The club operates with a clear and inclusive mission: “As many as possible, for as long as possible.”

With over 230 active players, this growing community values both sportsmanship and social development. The club is primarily powered by the dedication of parents and volunteers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Handball for All: Programs are available for children starting from age 6, extending all the way up to senior levels.

• Modern Facilities: Activities are centered at Høyanghallen, which features two courts for both training sessions and home matches.
